Gripes and Groans

I have been fighting off this damn cough/cold since thanksgiving ( the Canadian one, so it’s been awhile) I was at my Dr.s last wednesday and she said it wasn’t in my lungs, well whoopdie freakin doo, give me some damn drugs so I can get rid of this.

I have finally started taking Nyquil and this generic cold pill stuff, mom got me a umm hell what’s it called, a vaporizor, that’s it.. to put some moisture into the air, is this helping damned if I know.

Whether it’s silly or not, I am honestly concerned that my immune system is just so messed up that it’s fighting off this cold when it should be busy growing back new and wonderful healthy cervix cells… guess I ‘ll just have to wait  till march to know what’s up with that.

Let me start this off by saying,  that although I currently do have the best dog ever (Shelby) I have been plagued on and off with the thought that I should get another dog as well, I have a lot of love to give a pet so why not.

I have toyed with this plan a lot,  because there are so many pro’s and cons,  pro I get a new cute as hell puppy, con Shelby may be jealous and resentful because she’s been my only “baby” for a long long time.  Pro a new pup to love and train and spend time with, con the extra financial considerations… the lists go on and on ranging from purely emotional feelings to insanely practical concerns.

I have been scouring online ads for just the right pup, and have come to learn that no good deed goes unpunished,  I was briefly involved in a scam to try and get me to wire money to Camaroon, in order to receive someones pup that they wanted to ship me,  ya I didnt send any money.. but it was a lesson learned.. even though my intentions were good, there are folks out there that see one persons kindness as a chance to weasel money out of them by praying on their kindness.

I have to admit I am getting a little bit more than just a tad frustrated with trying to get this stuff to do, and to look the way I want it to.
